Query failing with "used too much stack space" on Sybase

Issue

One of the query is failing with error "used too much stack space", same query works fine in EDS 5.3.1

Originally TeiidProcessingException 'The transaction was aborted because it used too much stack space. Either use sp_configure to increase the stack size, or break the query into smaller pieces. spid: %d, suid: %d, hostname: %.*s, application name: %.*s' SybConnection.java:2780. Enable more detailed logging to see the entire stacktrace.

  • Red Hat JBoss Data Virtualization (DV) 6.2.4
    • Sybase
    • Migration from EDS 5.3.1
