Versionless GET on keystone gives different answer with port 5000 and 35357 When running behind apache/httpd
Issue
When keystone is running as a WSGI app behind apache, versionless GETs to the admin port (35357) return 404.
Solved on Red Hat Enterprise Linux openstack Platform 6 (Juno based).
Environment
any version of openstack before openstack-keystone-2014.1.5-4.
Red Hat Enterprise Linux openstack Platform 5 (Icehouse) on RHEL 6.
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Openstack Platform 5 (Icehouse) on RHEL 7.
