LUN connectivity problems with multiple "0x20000" SCSI errors in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4
Issue
- Multipath encounters errors for all paths during high IO.
- Encountering LUN connectivity problems during high IO on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, in addition the following SCSI error messages are present:

Oct 12 02:15:46 hostname kernel: end_request: I/O error, dev sdq, sector 151824879
