activation/monitoring=0 is incompatible with clustered Volume Group
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (with Cluster or Cluster Storage add-on)
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 (with High Availability or Resilient Storage add-on)
- The option monitoring in the /etc/lvm/lvm.conf is set to 1
