Unable to remove instance
Issue
- There were some volumes attached with the instance. The backend for cinder is hp 3par. Somehow the instance moved to error state and the actual qemu process no longer present on the compute. If I try to force remove the instance it fails. from cinder logs it seems to be
HP 3parunable to find active connection with compute as there is no running qemu process for the instance.

- Red Hat Open Stack
- HP 3PAR
