/etc/init.d/crond and crontab command are missing in RHEL.

Issue

• crond service is not listed in /etc/init.d/ or in the "chkconfig --list" command.

• /etc/cron.daily, /etc/cron.weekly and /etc/cron.daily are present.

• When executing "crontab -e" reports, command not found.
