389 dirsrv init script returns 0 even if one or more instances fail to start
Issue
The dirsrv init script doesn't manage the case where one or more of the defined instances fail to start for any reason and returns 0 i.e. success in any case.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- 389-ds-base prior to version 1.2.11.15-11.el6
