JBoss ON Alert with multiple conditions fires incorrectly

Issue

  • Have an alert with 2 conditions set to trigger if ALL are true, but the alert triggers with the second condition occuring 10 hours prior to the first condition:
Alert Date/Time  : Fri Apr 01 10:00:02 MSK 2016
Conditions: 
  - Condition 1: Operation [Cursor Size] has status=[INPROGRESS]
  - Date/Time: 2016/04/01 10:00:00 MSK
  - Details: In Progress

  - Condition 2: Enqueue Count per Minute = 0.0
  - Date/Time: 2016/03/31 20:44:23 MSK
  - Details: 0.0
