In Fabric, crashed root container caused amq broker malfunction in child container.
Issue
In Fuse 6.2.0, created a fabric environment which contains one root container and one child container(has mq broker).
If root container is crashed or shutdown, the child container is still alive but the mq broker inside it was shutdown.
