[Satellite6] Creating any Content View (even empty) fails on pulp "Missing resource(s)" error

Issue

  • an attempt to publish or promote a Content View fails with pulp error Missing resource(s): distributor=MyOrg-Library-qcc2015-1_84-caj-64_nodes
    • any content view publish/promote fails so, even publishing a new empty one (with no repos, no filters,..)
    • same distributor is "missing" regardless of Content View attempted to be published
  • in past, deleting an old Content View failed with pulp error "'[Errno 2] No such file or directory: ''/etc/puppet/environments/KT_MyOrg_Library_qcc2015_1_84_caj_64_154/modules'"
