Issue

Kerberos authentication does not complete and a blank page is received instead
Authentication request is giving a 200 (OK) response with 0 Content-length instead of expected 401 (Unauthenticated) response with WWW-Authenticate Negotiate header

Environment

Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 6
SPNEGO/Kerberos authentication with FORM authentication fallback configured (i.e. usernamePasswordDomain is set and form-login-config has a fallback page)
