When trying to install jboss in a jar file I get "Validation error:: No 'jar' binary detected in PATH."
Issue
When the following JBoss jar install command is executed:
# java -jar jboss-install-file.jar
Console shows the follow message:
"Validation error:: No 'jar' binary detected in PATH. Please make sure this binary exists before continuing the installation."
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x, 6.x, 7.x
- Red Hat JBoss BPM Suite 6.2
- Java Development Kit 1.6, 1.7, 1.8
