Why openstack-nova-spicehtml5proxy package not found in RHEL OSP 6 respositories ?

Issue

• I would like to use SPICE console instead VNC console but the package is not available into RHEL OSP 6 repositories. Why ?
• Why I am not able to found the openstack-nova-spicehtml5proxy in RHEL OSP 6 repositories ?
