Under xen configuration, the bonding device does not emit gratuitous arp when the device fails over
Issue
- bonding not sending arp with xen-kernel. Is this a bug or change in specification?

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.3

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4
- Bonding device of mode=1 with MII monitoring for dom0 required
- Virtualization environment of either xen or KVM required
