Directory server in RHEL 6 doesn't allow to add a new user entry after a schema reload

Issue

There might be a bug on directory server. When you do online schema reload then adding users with password does not work. Unless you restart directory server.

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
389-ds-base from version 1.2.10.2-15 and prior to 1.2.11.15-11.el6.
