How to allow a user with expired password to login ?

Issue

• With the use of ssh keys, once the password of user expires, an update of the password is asked:

  $ ssh user2@192.168.122.155
  You are required to change your password immediately (root enforced)
  Last login: Wed Sep 30 10:43:28 2020 from user.srv
  WARNING: Your password has expired.
  You must change your password now and login again!
  Changing password for user user2.
  Changing password for user2.
  (current) UNIX password:
  

• We would like to authorize the user to log in even with an expired password.
