Issue

We just realized that the nova-cert service is not running in the controllers. How to get this service up and running? Any reason why it is not even included in pcs ?
Need to bring the nova-cert service up and running because some of our users want to use the feature "Download EC2 Credentials" in Horizon Dashboard > Project > Compute > Access & Security > API Access.
Can nova-cert service be up and running on all controller nodes simultaneously ?
