[Satellite 6] - Errno::EACCES: Permission denied - connect(2) when enabling Red Hat repo
Issue
In the environment such as Satellite -> Proxy -> CDN , when trying to enable Red Hat repositories in WebUI, the enable check box does not appear, instead it errors out with
Errno::EACCES: Permission denied - connect(2)
Correct proxy parameters were given to katello-installer during the actual installation process.
Environment
Satellite 6.1.6 behind proxy
