RHEL : Unable to boot receiving error "device appeared twice with different sysfs paths"
Issue

Unable to boot into RHEL server. Receiving the below error during boot , unable to mount /boot filesystem.

Using device names instead of UUID in /etc/fstab file.
- Device names are not consistent across reboots.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server ver 7
