[Satellite 6] trying to refresh manifest fails with "bad component(expected user component): <password>"
Issue
Refreshing the manifest fails with messages like these:
- Error during manifest refresh: {"displayMessage"=>"bad component(expected user component): redhat@badpassword", "conflicts"=>["UNKNOWN"]}
- bad component(expected user component): redhat@badpassword (URI::InvalidComponentError)
- Error refreshing manifest. bad component(expected user component): < http proxy password >
