IPA restart fails after update with: Failed to start named-pkcs11.service: Unit named-pkcs11.service failed to load: No such file or directory.

Issue

After upgrade IPA fails to start, when checking error logs, these error messages show:

Jan 23 13:02:53 sv-1423lvp15 ipactl: Failed to start named-pkcs11.service: Unit named-pkcs11.service failed to load: No such file or directory.

The IPA upgrade failed to pull in the required package and when named service was masked during the upgrade, DNS failed.
