URLs with encoded ?(%3F) are not accepted
Issue
- URLs with encoded ? are not accepted forcing JBoss EAP to return page not found
- A 3rd party system sends requests with encoded ?(%3F) as the query separator causing JBoss EAP to return a 404
- A request to
http://example.com/Servlet%3Ffoo%3Dbaris not being interpreted ashttp://example.com/Servlet?foo=bar
