Why does SwitchYard 'share' my CDI bean (or EJB) between applications?

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

When 2 SwitchYard applications contain a CDI bean or EJB with the same name, they are 'shared'.
The first application's bean will be used by both applications. The second application's bean will not be used at all.
Deployment order determines which bean is used. The first application deployed claims the namespace, that is the bean that will be used.
Why is this?
