Issue while adding cookies to standalone.xml instance

Issue

We want to add cookies with JSESSIONID to standalone.xml Jboss instances. We do not want to setup clustering with the instance, we only want to force a cookie to be generated by JBossWeb for every response. We also want to set
properties in standalone.xml to allow the cookies to be used for persistance.
