Unable to attach files/ logs while creating case from web (redhat-support-plugin) in Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.5.
Issue
While creating case from RHEVM admin portal through redhat-support-plugin, the following error occurred to attach logs:
Failed to upload attachment RHEV Manager SOS Report to case <case_id> : Internal server error
