On satellite 6 repo Selection drop down menu is not providing list of available repositories
Issue
- When trying to select repositories in Satellite, the menu does not expand to allow selection. Also, tried restarting the server but issue persists.
- After rebooting satellite server, manifest got vanished.

- Red Hat Satellite 6.1
