Why do my VM's pause when Gluster is doing self-heal?
Issue
Customer had an unplanned outage of one of the gluster nodes. Everything with the cluster worked fine with one node down, until the one that was down was added back in. Now all the VMs on gluster are unresponsive.
The VMs don't actually 'pause', they just aren't usable :) It is possible to connect to the console, but they are unresponsive to ssh and anything else (including local login from the console).
In RHEV-M, the status still says "up", not paused.
Environment
- Red Hat Gluster Storage 3.1
- RHEV
