Issue

• There is a process which wait in timer for X period of time to call a service. This is a iteration to accomplish an business condition.
  However some times Calls to service fails, that imply to timer get unscheduled and Business Process get stuck.
• The Quartz trigger are getting unscheduled when using Oracle database.
• Timer execution failed 5 times in a roll, unscheduling "TimerName".
