How to have an appreciable level of accuracy to the order of milli seconds between the ntp clients syncing from the same ntp source?
What is an ideal way to compare the time difference between two ntp clients?
To what extent (if at all) can we have an accuracy on the ntp clients by tuning some specific parameters on the VM?
If I have offset and jitter value exactly the same on a given pair of NTP clients (VM) for a given sys_peer then can we infer that they will be syncing to the order of mill seconds consistently?
