Intel PRO 1000 dual port cards are initialised with "DEBUG PROMISC ALLMULTI" flags set.
Issue
- Intel PRO 1000 dual port cards while initializing are enabled with
"DEBUG PROMISC ALLMULTI"flags. - The system is PXEbooted or booted from iSCSI , it can be seen that the NIC which boots the system has the
"DEBUG PROMISC ALLMULTI"set. The other NICs of the same make do not show this behavior.

- Red Hat Enterprise linux 5.3 and above
