system registration fails with CommunicationError
Issue
- Unable to register a new system with RHN.
- rhnreg_ks fails with:
A protocol error occurred: Not Found , attempt #1,
Could not find URL, xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com:443
Check server name and/or URL, then retry
