Heat-config-script fails with yum return code 1 while deploying overcloud using director system registered using satellite content iso

Issue

  • I am getting a resource error and cannot find any useful log messages to explain problem.
  • Same configuration worked before os patch/reboot 2 days ago.

  • This is a resource error being reported by heat.
  • There are a couple of similar hits on the bug list, but they appear to be resolved in the versions I am using.
