Adobe Flash plugin x86_64 for Linux can be downloaded from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ . Please download Linux yum 64bit package and install the flash plugin as shown below
$ rpm -Uvh /path/to/adobe-release/x86_64/version/noarch/rpm $ yum install flash-plugin.x86_64

Adobe Flash "Square" plugin x86_64 for Linux requires RHEL5.x86_64 or above to load and run. Flash will fail to load to RHEL4 with the message below
LoadPlugin: failed to initialize shared library /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so [/lib64/tls/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.4' not found (required by /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so)]
