How to Permanently enable SCL within OpenShift gears
Issue
- Trying to figure out the best way to permanently enable SCL within the OpenShift gear ssh sessions.
- Specifically, we need to enable SCL mongodb24 so we can just run "mongo" to connect to our external databases.
- I know there is the "scl enable mongodb24 'mongo
'" command but this causes workflow problems for us outside of OpenShift! - I have looked into sourcing the SCL mongo script within "~/app-root/data/.bash_profile" and "/etc/profile.d" but both do not work because the gear ssh session calls the "rhcsh" script which overrides the needed exports.
