[Satellite6] capsule synchronization fails on RuntimeError: Will not create a symlink to a non-existent source
Issue
- having Satellite6 with some external capsule
- an attempt to synchronize the capsule fails with "
RuntimeError: Will not create a symlink to a non-existent source" error- alternatively, this error might occur during promotion of a content view (have not been confirmed as valid scenario yet)
