Why does the remote updates not working in vnc session for non-root user?

Issue

• Why does the non-root user is not getting password prompt to enter password and apply software update using gpk-update-viewer?
• When non-root user is trying to apply software update, it prompts user to authenticate but offers no space to enter the root password.
• The software update window is showing that authorization is needed, but it's not providing space to input password.
