With remote-node : some transient Failed Actions during failover
Issue
The test case is a poweroff force on one node to test failover.
Below are the details.
Once the poweroff force on lama3 has been passed :

So, the failover is working at the end, despite the transient FAILED resources ... but these transient "Failures" are abnormal.
