pcs constraint with rule does not enable the constraint id
Issue
The following command :
pcs constraint location add location-not-in-container-vg-2A vg-2A rule score='-INFINITY' "#kind" eq container
fails with error :
Error: invalid score 'score=-INFINITY', use integer or INFINITY or -INFINITY
whereas this command :
pcs constraint location vg-2A rule score='-INFINITY' "#kind" eq container
works successfully.
