RHDS index of type 'pres' for multivalue attributes is not updated correctly when removing and re-adding the values in the same ldapmodify command

Issue

• Some indexes on attribute are not updated.
• When deleting certainement attributes in the directory server, the Corresponding indexes are not updated.
• I added a list of the attributes which have this problem. They all have exactly the same properties.
• When deleting for example a users mail attribute, the index is not updated.
• The object is deleted from the directory server but not from the index.
• It occurs every time when deleting an attribute which concerns one of the attributes of the added list.
