Integration of Satellite 6.1 with Red Hat support site not allowing multi-user access

  • On Satellite 6.1 there's a feature that allows opening cases from the tool itself, however, it does not allow multiuser access.

  • After login in to Satellite with local ID, went to "Red Hat Access", login with the customer portal credentials, and can list or open cases. Then, logged out of Satellite (without login out of the customer portal integration tool), and logged back into Satellite with a different id, and it shows Logged into the Red Hat Customer Portal as <first_id>, essentially allowing anyone to list, open, update or close cases with a single ID.

  • Is there a way to configure a relation of Satellite user <--> Customer portal user, so that each one can use this feature with its own credentials?
