Can't log in to Fuse Hawtio console when a Fabric8 ensemble is behind a load balancer
Issue
A Fuse/Fabric8 ensemble has the Hawtio console deployed on each container, and a load balancer is directing HTTP requests from browsers to containers according to some algorithm. When attempting to log in to the console, the login page is shown repeatedly even though the credentials seem to be correct; there is no error message.
