Not able to see devices coming from iscsi target

Issue

  • Not able to see devices coming from iscsi target and getting below errors :


iscsid: Connection-1:0 to [target: iqn.1992-08.com.netapp:sn.1874029868:vf.fa3d2798-2ee3-11e2-975d-123478563412, portal: 192.168.111.111,3260] through [iface: default] is shutdown.

we tried to bring the storage on Linux but it failed.
