Why root ssh access is required for hypervisors in RHEV3.X setup? Is it possible to disable root ssh login ?

ssh using root user is enabled by default on rhev/rhel host, Some corporate IT policies prohibit the usage of root ssh so is it possible to disable it?

Per the rhev installation documentation, Enabling ssh root login on RHEL Host is prerequisite. Are there any settings/setup which can bypass that ?
