Why sosreport hangs at 100% or does not exit even after running for several days if service xend turned off?
Issue
If the system boots up with xen kernel and service xend has been stopped or has not been started, then command "sosreport" or "sos" wont finish even after several days running.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 update 2 or ealier version.
- sosreport
