Why Windows guest is not able to communicate with higher layers in RHEV

Issue

From the virtual machine ping, traceroute and nslookup to outside network is working. However the higher layer traffic like browsing website is not working.
Issue is observed only in Windows guests and Linux guests in the same hypervisor works fine.

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.5.
