Remove Compute Node

Issue

• When attempting to remove a compute node using the documented process in 7.7 "Removing Nodes from the Overcloud", nova-manage host list and the Horizon UI still show the deleted hosts.

• The following command is used to delete a compute node:

  openstack overcloud node delete --stack overcloud  --templates -e /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/network-isolation.yaml -e /home/stack/templates/network-environment.yaml 7ae08fea-3228-400c-90df-1880681ed071 df162adc-a554-43b5-867e-d0980e6ef39a 4b9f22b7-9b11-4de7-8c39-2f6144edc2c8
