  • In /var/log/httpd/error.log will be visible below error messages
[alert] (11)Resource temporarily unavailable: apr_thread_create: unable to create worker thread
[error] (11)Resource temporarily unavailable: fork: Unable to fork new process
[alert] (11)Resource temporarily unavailable: apr_thread_create: unable to create worker thread
