How to modify default subnet in openshift

Issue

In the default configuration, the cluster network is the 10.1.0.0/16 class B network and services Subnet is 172.30.0.0/16. These ranges are already used an routed inside our company. What could be the impact if we don't change there default value. Would it be possible to assign a different range during install ?
