Deployments from the domain/data/content folder goes missing after few minutes if the Host controller is started with --backup option

Issue

In testing JBoss 6.4.0 GA’s Domain Controller failover, we found an issue in the domain controller failover process in that the backup hostcontroller was missing the deployed content. It appears that the deploy content was cached initially but deleted after 10 minutes.
We noticed that cached deployments are deleted (domain/data/content) by host controller after 10 minutes from 1st start which we believe might be a bug.
