Issue

• SSSD cleanup task doesn't clean up user accounts as expected.
• For example, with configuration below, user accounts should be expired if not logging in the system for 1 day. And every 30 seconds, sssd cleanup task purges expired accounts.

[domain/example.com]
...
ldap_purge_cache_timeout = 30
account_cache_expiration = 1
...

• With configuration above, some expired user accounts never get cleaned up.
